From New York State Thruway:
Take the N.Y. State Thruway (87) to exit 18 New Paltz. Turn left at the
light after the tolls Route 299 (West). Continue on Route 299 to the fourth
traffic light and make a left onto Route 208 (South). Take a right turn
on Southside Avenue. Lefevre House is the first house on the left.

If you find yourself in a precarious situation in any of these or other
exotic destinations, needing a fabulous escape, get yourself to the nearest
airport, hop on the next plane to NY, and don't look back…
Once in NY, rent a car and follow the instructions above.
RATES
All Reservations will be charged in full two weeks prior to your reservation date.
Room rates based on double occupancy:
$175-$265 plus tax (based on double occupancy)
$450 plus tax Suite (based on 4 person occupancy)
$550 plus tax Loft (based on 4 person occupancy)
The following dates are peak season rates: November 21st through November 25th, December 23rd through January 1st, January 18th through January 21st and February 13th through February 18th
We have a 3 nights minimum on Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend and the 4th of July Weekend
10% discount for cash payments
Ask about our special mid-week rates
Additional Guests Rates:
Our rooms accommodate three adults, or two adults and two children for
an additional fee of $50 per extra guest, per night
Bring Rover over for an additional fee of $75 per dog.

2-week prior to reservation date
Cancellations before these times will be accepted with a $25 service
charge
Gift Certificates- Cancellations on Rooms reserved with a Gift Certificate will be accepted prior to two weeks with a $25 administration fee. Cancellations made within two weeks of the reservation wil result in the Gift Certificate becomming void.
Canceling after the deadline will result in full charge for the
room(s) reserved.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY HOLIDAY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS!!
Payment Policy:
For your convenience, Lefevre House accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, as well as cash
and checks. Payment due at checkin. Sorry we are no longer accepting american express.
Gift Certificate:
All Gift Certificate are non-refundable and non-transferable
Damage Policy:
In order to fulfill our commitment to
providing you with the highest level of
fabulocity, we are asking for your
cooperation. Any missing items,
excessive soiling of bedding and/or
upholstery, or irreparable damage to the room
and/or décor will result in additional
charges to your room. Please be as nice
to our rooms as our rooms are to you.

Two-night minimum on weekends
One night stays available on weekends during our off-peak season
for an additional charge of $40. We may allow a one night stay if there is still availability the thursday prior to your stay during our peak season and one week prior to your stay during off - peak season.
